The checklist also helps with either yourself or your employees to make sure you/they covered every area. 

Leave this with your client before you leave so there is no confusion as to whether something was done or not.

This form will be sent in Word and PDF format.  It is completely editable in Microsoft Word and will come with instructions on how to open the file as well as how to edit it (including adding a logo).
