This form goes through all the details of the home or office.  It will ask how many windows and what type of windows are in each area of the property.  You would also note any exclusions, any damage seen and special instructions.

This form will be sent in Word format.  It is completely editable in Microsoft Word and will come with instructions on how to open the file as well as how to edit it (including adding a logo).
